It is being reported that Walden Media has sold the rights to the Manhunt movie to HBO and that plans are underway to turn it into a television mini-series for 2009.

It is reported that the production of the movie, Manhunt, based on the best-selling book by James Swanson, has been pushed back to 2009.

We have received many inquiries about plans to make James L. Swanson’s book, Manhunt, into a movie. According to the latest information we’ve received from AFG/Waldon Media/Bristol Bay Productions, Manhunt is currently under development. There is no casting news to report.
