Lending Policy ~o~ The Library at the James O. Hall Research center is a non-lending library. Every effort is made to assist researchers and scholars to efficiently and effectively access information while at the center. Location & Address ~o~ Sharing a parking lot with the Visitors’ center at Surratt House Museum, the Library is located at 9118 Brandywine Road in Clinton, Maryland. The mailing address is James O. Directions ~o~ Surratt House Museum and the James O. Hall Research center is located in Clinton, Maryland, twelve miles southeast of Washington D.C. From the Capitol Beltway (I-95), take Exit 7A, Branch Avenue South (MD Rt. 5). Turn right onto Woodyard Road (Rt. 223W) to the second light and turn left onto Brandywine Road.
