In 1986, the Surratt Society produced a book entitled, In Pursuit Of... Continuing Research in the Field of Lincoln Assassition Studies, edited by Michael Kauffman. This was a compilation of the best assassination-related articles that had appeared in the Surratt Courier newsletter during its first ten years of publication (1976-1986). It has been a continuous best-seller in the gift shop ever since.
Everyone kept asking when we were going to update it. We are very pleased to announce that Surratt Society Member David Dillon of Colorado undertook the task for us and has produced a two-volume set, The Lincoln Assassination: From the Pages of the Surratt Courier (1986-1999). With skillful editing and a tremendous amount of work, Mr. Dillon has put together chapters in topical order on a variety of facets of the subject. |
All three books are available for sale in the Gift Shop and by mail or phone order. Cost per volume is $25 plus $3 shipping (Maryland residents add 6% sales tax).
