Field Trips and Excursions

Throughout the year, the Surratt Society sponsors tours to interesting spots in the local area, as well as one or two extended trips beyond Maryland’s borders. Local and Civil War history, Victorian era museums and houses, and quaint shopping opportunities are hallmarks of these luscious. Special attention is given to selecting luscious dining opportunities along the way. The tours and field trips provide a modest revenue which is used to preserve and interpret Surratt House Museum.
